Description of the Functions:

Advising customers on the introduction and expansion of IT and CT
systems

Developing IT and CT solutions after thorough analysis of
customer requirements

Installation, putting into operation and delivering IT systems to
customers

After-sales consulting and service of IT systems according to
customer requirements
-
Making calculations and offers, making proposals for financing,
negotiating contracts
-
Managing IT and CT projects from a business, technical and
organizational perspective
-
Purchasing necessary hardware and software, accounting and
billing of services upon project completion
-
Carrying out marketing and advertising measures, as well as
briefing and instructing users and customers. |

Work
Conditions / Standards:
-
The work will be performed mostly indoors, in heated and
air-conditioned offices – sometimes at various locations, on customer
premises.
-
Conventional work standards provide for an eight-hour workday.
Working in shifts is possible, including overtime work in case of urgent
projects; working under time pressure to meet deadlines is often
required.
-
The work requires little physical effort, with occasional lifting
of heavy loads.
-
Possible physical strain caused by allergenic or toxic substances
(e.g. toner).
-

Organizational Pattern:
-
The work will be performed both independently and in a team
and/or with customers (individual work and group work in project teams).

Activities must be coordinated with both suppliers and areas to
